Campus Living Villages Pty Ltd (CLV) is a student housing development company. Its headquarters are located in the City of Sydney, Sydney, Australia.[1]
CLV is one of the largest post-secondary education student housing provider companies in the world.[2] They currently own, manage or are developing approximately 30,000 beds across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States.[3] Four Australian pension funds back the company.[4]
CLV's acquired its first United Kingdom property in December 2008 when it bought 755 student flat units from the University of Salford in Manchester, England.[4]

Campus Living Villages established its first student accommodation village, at the University of Sydney in Australia.
The company expanded operations into New Zealand, signing its first lease with Massey University. This was followed by the acquisition of the University of Canterbury's student accommodation, including an agreement to develop further housing on campus.
On March 23, 2006, CLV acquired the United States business, Century Campus Housing Management L.P., adding approximately 20,000 beds to the portfolio. Century Campus Housing Management, formerly a subsidiary of Century Development, was founded in 1986.[5]
